BLUE HILL BAY SMOKED AND BAKED SALMON

Blue Hill Bay offers cold and hot smoked salmon in several varieties, each of which is all-natural and preservative-free, as well as Kosher. Blue Hill Bay Smoked Salmon products may be available in fully-trimmed sides, pre-sliced sides or in vacuum sealed retail packages.

Cold Smoked Salmon

Our signature Blue Hill Bay Smoked Salmon is made from farm-raised choice Atlantic Salmon that is flown in daily to our New York smokehouse. Fresh Salmon is hand rubbed with a dry-cure recipe, then smoked with an Adirondack Mountain blend of fruit woods. This process seals in freshness and flavor, resulting in a smooth, naturally sweet, and preservative-free smoked salmon, which will please even the most discriminating palate

Blue Hill Bay’s signature salmon is available in the following Cold Smoked varieties: Traditional, Pastrami Style and Gravlax.

Blue Hill Bay Scottish Smoked Salmon starts with fresh Atlantic Salmon that is flown in from Scotland to our New York smokehouse, and cured in the traditional dry-rub method before being smoked for 10 hours. The result is a succulent salmon with the rich smoky flavor for which Scottish Salmon is famous.

Baked (Hot Smoked) Salmon

Blue Hill Bay Baked Salmon and Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper are made from the freshest, finest Atlantic Salmon, which is cured with a little coarse salt and then baked slowly (also known as hot smoking) to achieve the optimal temperature, taste and texture. Blue Hill Bay Baked Salmon and Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper are tender, moist and succulent with a delightful smoky flavor. The Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper has a delightful, spicy flavor.
