Blue Hill Bay Sashimi Style Smoked Salmon

Sashimi Style Smoked Salmon is the latest addition to the company’s Blue Hill Bay® line of premium seafood specialties, which are made without artificial preservatives and sold ready to eat in single-serving packages. Salmon is lightly cured with salt and natural hardwood smoke to provide Acme’s sought-after signature flavor. Each package includes sliced salmon medallions from premium loins along with a packet of gluten free tamari sauce sure to please any foodie. 

These convenient packages are an excellent accompaniment to any healthy lifestyle at just 190 calories. The product contains zero trans fat, is rich in protein, and is an excellent source of vitamin D. Sashimi Style Smoked Salmon is also gluten-free and rich in Omega-3 Fatty Acids, ideal as a savory appetizer or main course paired with sushi or traditional Japanese dishes, over or alongside your choice of rice or vegetables, and seasoned with provided tamari soy sauce or other condiments.

Blue Hill Bay Smoked Fish Poke Bowls

Blue Hill Bay Smoked Fish Poke Bowls come in two varieties, Smoked Salmon and Smoked Tuna. Acme has added new flavors to the traditional Hawaiian favorite, seasoning its recipe to smoked perfection.These ready-to eat Poke bowls pair great taste with pre-portioned single-serve convenience. Bowls contain smoked fish cubes that are salt-cured and slowly cold smoked with a blend of natural hardwoods. Also included is a microwave-ready rice packet, Acme’s signature Poke sauce, and its special blend of Poke seasoning. Simply heat rice, combine ingredients, and enjoy a protein-packed treat any time of the day.

 

Acme 9 oz. Variety Pack

Acme Smoked Fish today announced the launch of its premium Smoked Salmon Variety Pack under its Acme brand. Beginning December 1st, 2016, the new ready-to-eat delicacy will be available at Shop Rite, Hannaford, Fairway, Morton Williams, Adams Fairacre Farms, Foodtown, Weis and Winn Dixie Supermarkets.

This exquisite 9 oz. package, ideal for family gatherings or sharing, is produced in Brooklyn, New York, the Smoked Fish Capital of the United States. Four generations of curing and smoking techniques provide its delectable cold-smoked, buttery rich taste. The Variety Pack presents 3 oz. of each outstanding flavor: Gravlax, Traditional and Black Pepper.

Ruby Bay JERKY line extends

The jerky line is quickly gaining popularity with consumers who demand health, flavor, quality, and convenience. Ruby Bay has added Orange-Ginger to complement the existing Teriyaki and Peppered flavors. The line has also introduced a new presentation and size. The 0.6oz Jerky strips come individually packed in all three flavors with 9 grams of high quality protein.

Wild Smoked Salmon with Cream Cheese CREPES

Acme Smoked Fish Corporation is partnering with locally-owned Crepini to offer first ready-to-serve product of its kind in the market.  This all-natural, ready-to-serve delicacy is made with premium hot smoked wild salmon. The smoked salmon with cream cheese crepe will debut at the 2013 Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

Ruby Bay Yukon Keta Candy

Ruby Bay joined forces with Kwik'Pak Fisheries in 2011 to create a sustainable, traceable product that is unique to Alaska's Yukon River. This salmon is caught by Yupik Eskimos who live in remote villages at the mouth of this 2,200-mile long river. Keta Candy is slightly smoked, fully cooked, and ready-to-eat.
