Whitefish Salad -- Available in traditional and chunky styles, Acme Whitefish salad is made with our Hot Smoked Whitefish that is blended with mayonnaise to produce a delicacy hailed throughout the industry. Our Whitefish salad comes in sizes ranging from 7 oz. ready-to-serve retail containers to 5 lb. institutional tubs.
Kippered or Baked Salmon Salad – Our hot smoked or Kippered Salmon is the key ingredient, which is combined with mayonnaise to form an incredibly delicious spread. Available in 7 oz. retail size containers and 5 lb. bulk tubs.
North Atlantic Herring – Acme offers a wide assortment of popular herring products for bulk and retail sale. Sizes range from consumer-sized 7 oz. containers of chopped herring salad and 12 oz. jars of herring in wine or cream sauce to 100-count tubs for deli and food service. Package sizes vary by product.
