Blue Hill Bay Herring in Wine Sauce or Cream Sauce – Herring is trendy and our sales prove it. Up 15% last year so we developed these new products to meet the growing demand. Blue Hill Bay Herring in Cream Sauce and Blue Hill Bay Herring in Wine Sauce are available in 16-ounce jars.
Blue Hill Bay Scottish Smoked Salmon – Fresh Atlantic Salmon is flown in from Scotland to our New York smokehouse, and cured in the traditional dry-rub method before being smoked for 10 hours. The result is a succulent salmon with the rich smoky flavor for which Scottish Salmon is famous.
Blue Hill Bay Baked Salmon and Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper -- Made from fresh Atlantic Salmon, cured with a little coarse salt and then baked slowly (also known as hot smoking) to achieve the optimal taste and texture. Blue Hill Bay Baked Salmon and Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper are tender, moist and succulent with a delicious smoky flavor. The Baked Salmon with Cracked Pepper has a delightful, spicy flavor.
