Acme Smoked Fish Corp. of Brooklyn, New York, is one of the most widely recognized and respected smoked fish producers in North America, and with good reason. Acme has been family owned and operated for four generations, so in addition to having unmatched experience, our family’s reputation rests on every piece of smoked fish that leaves our New York Smokehouse.
From cold smoked Salmon and Lox to hot smoked Alaskan Black Cod, Acme Smoked Fish Corp. produces a wide variety of smoked fish products, which are sold under the Acme and Blue Hill Bay brands. We also produce private label products for selected customers.
Acme’s products are available for food service and retail applications and nearly all our smoked fish products are certified Kosher. Our Blue Hill Bay smoked fish are also all-natural and preservative-free.
