At Acme Smoked Fish, our whitefish comes straight from the Great Lakes, and lands fresh in our cutting room. If our whitefish came to us any fresher, it would still be swimming!

 

Quickly and naturally treated, our whitefish is then brined according to our generations-old recipe, and then is moved to our smokers, where it is smoked to a beautiful golden hue, and has just the right amount of hardwood smoke flavor. Every step of the way, our smoked whitefish are carefully inspected to meet our exacting quality standards.
