Baked Salmon Salad on a Pumpernickel Bagel

Smoked salmon salad on a pumpernickel bagel is a classic sandwich for a reason, it's simply delicious. Creamy, smoky, salty, and savory smoked salmon salad pairs well with a hearty, dark, soft on the inside, crusty on the outside pumpernickel bagel. We decided to step it up a little bit here though with some fresh arugula, dill, and sliced tomato. During the Summer, be sure to treat yourself with a fresh, local, heirloom tomato for this sandwich. It's heavenly.



1 pumpernicklel bagel

2 ounces of Acme Smoked Fish smoked salmon salad

1/2 ounce arugula

3 slices of tomato

1 sprig of dill, hand torn



Cut your pumpernickel bagel in half. Spread the smoked salmon salad across one side of your sliced bagel. Top with sliced tomatos, arugula, and dill. Close your bagel sandwich, and enjoy.
