The Acme Smoked Fish Taganaki is a smoked salmon sandwich where the Northeast meets the Far East. This recipe comes courtesy of many a transplanted New Yorker's home away from home, Strathmore Bagels & Deli of Wellington, Florida. Wrap it up with the Acme Taganaki, a hearty (yet light) combination of smoked salmon, wasabi cream cheese, lettuce, scallions, cucumber, and sesame seeds. Succulent smoked salmon, warming cream cheese, peppery scallions, cooling cucumbers, light lettuce, and sesame seeds for texture, coalesce into a delicious lunchtime wrap.


3 slices smoked salmon
1 large tortilla wrap
1 bunch lettuce
1 bunch scallions
1 cucumber (sliced thin)
1 dash sesame seeds
1 tablespoon wasabi cream cheese


First add wasabi cream cheese to a large tortilla wrap. Then add pre-sliced smoked salmon, lettuce, scallions, and cucumber. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
