Smoked salmon tartare, an Acme Smoked Fish take on a simple, yet refined, continental classic. This elevated smoked salmon dish can be served as an appetizer, or be made into a meal with the addition of your favorite bagel. Level up your tartare with this smoked salmon spin on the raw original, and take it even further with a watercress garnish.


2oz. smoked salmon (diced)
1 everything bagel (or whatever is your favorite)
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 dash watercress
4 slices onions (sliced)
1 dash lemon (spritz)
1 dash olive oil


Dice smoked salmon for tartare. Top an everything bagel with cream cheese and smoked salmon tartare. Then add onions and watercress. Top off this delectable sandwich with lemon and olive oil to taste.
