4 pounds Montreal style everything bagel
3 pounds Smoked nova salmon
2 pounds Smoked whitefish salad
1 bunch Tomatoes
1 bunch Onions
1 bunch Capers
2 pounds Farm cream cheese


First spread 2 lbs. of farm cream cheese on a 4 lb. Montreal Style Everything Bagel. Then top the bagel with smoked whitefish salad and smoked nova salmon. After add a couple pounds of tomatoes, onions, and capers to taste.
