Meal Theme: No Cook / Sandwiches

Open wide! This layered smoked salmon sandwich is a great treat for lunch or dinner. Three layers of soft challah bread piled high with traditional smoked salmon, sliced hard boiled egg, lettuce, red onion, and tomato. This is one stacked smoked fish sandwich! 6 slices challah (lightly toasted)
2 hard boiled eggs (sliced thin)
2 tomatoes (sliced thin)
8 pieces lettuce
1 red onion (sliced)


Take 2 pieces of toasted challah and top them with 2 slices of Acme Nova (1oz each). Place half of a sliced hard boiled egg on each of the Nova covered toasts. Top the egg with half of the sliced tomato. Add the sliced red onion, to taste. Top with 2 pieces of lettuce and another piece of toasted challah. Repeat until you have 2 layers of nova, egg, tomato, onion and lettuce between 3 pieces of challah. Secure sandwich with a large toothpick.
