Meal Theme: No Cook / Sandwiches

Open wide! This unique layered sandwich is a great treat for lunch, three layers of soft bread piled high with traditional smoked salmon.
6 slices Challah (lightly toasted)
1 Acme nova (8oz package)
2 Hard boiled eggs (sliced thin)
8 Pieces lettuce
Take 2 pieces of toasted challah and top them with 2 slices of Acme Nova (1oz each). Place half of a sliced hard boiled egg on each of the Nova covered toasts. Top the egg with half of the sliced tomato. Add the sliced red onion, to taste. Top with 2 pieces of lettuce and another piece of toasted challah. Repeat until you have 2 layers of nova, egg, tomato, onion and lettuce between 3 pieces of challah. Secure sandwich with a large toothpick.
